Cabo Sails Whale Watching Cruise

Every winter, hundreds of whales make a three thousand mile journey from the waters of the Arctic to the warmer waters just off the coast of Cabo San Lucas. All kinds of whales make the journey including Blue whales, Fin whales, Pilot whales, and Humpback whales. In Cabo San Lucas, the most common whale, however, is the Gray whale. One of the most popular activities to do in Cabo San Lucas from January through March is our Whale watching tours aboard our fantastic Cabo sailboats.

Seeing these creatures in person is a one of a kind experience. It is completely unique from watching whales on a nature documentary. Here, they are right in front of you, acting out their daily routines of feeding, socializing, coming up for air, and so on. Whales are abundant from January through about mid March. They are easy to find and stick around the boats for quite some time. We have whale trips departing several times daily. Each trip lasts 3 hours and includes a tasty appetizer of a Mexican combo or a baguette sandwich. We also have a 2 and a half hour sunset whale watching tour that includes a delicious meat and cheese platter. All tours also have an open bar with all kinds of liquors and wines. The small size of our boats keeps the crowds low and allow you for plenty of viewing room.
