Sun Rider Whale Watching Cruise
If find yourself in Cabo San Lucas during the months of January through March, do not miss the one-of-a-kind opportunity to observe our seasonal guests, the Gray whales. These creatures travel thousands of miles every winter to escape the bitter cold waters of the Arctic Ocean and find reprieve in the warmer waters off the coast of Mexico. Our whale watching tours have been running for decades now, sending thousands of curious visitors out to sea to watch the whales as they interact, play, and swim around in the Pacific Ocean. It is one thing to see whales on TV, and it is a completely different experience to see them live and in action.
The waters off the coast of Cabo San Lucas are known for their abundance whales in the winter months. There is always an opportunity to see a group of whales coming up for air and interacting with each other. They are also not shy creatures and it is not unheard of for them to come close to our boat and peak their heads up at you as you sit and stare in awe.
